for this assignment we need to research 3 cooperate website for first i think of maxis website.RHB bank and digi . so this is the website address

for the maxis is more to html site .
for this main page is still intro abit about the
maxis ,thn at the button there u can go to the
other maxis service they have.
not much of flash if prefer to the
digi website.
and need to scoll down
because of content so much?
and the color using for the site is aslo
very simple not much than 4 color.
feel seriously.
and this is the layout
common layout.
while u click the site from
the maxis main page ......u can click on the other service u wan right
so i click in to the hotlink store..
so wat i saw on this site is more different from the first one.
seem form the website is aslo simple layout
but from the color u can see it ,
it was using many color,
just like the colourful button background,
i think this site is more for the target more
for teenager to download something and
see wat new information on it.
so the color more colorful to attract people.
digi website
for the digi website is a flash website
for me is nice about the design and color is more
suitable for the teenager, and younger .
and look more powerful.
and the color is aslo using the own digi logo
color warm yellow color for the background color.
total color is not more ,but already feel harmony.
but, because is flash site , everything need to loading too much
is abit trouble on it.
but overall is nice than maxis.
maxis is more cooperate and bored.
each aslo have their own benefit
and this is the layout design for the site.

i think RHB bank
because is and bank so what aslo very much content..
is a html websign.
i think why because is html websign is because,
user want to go in the RHB bank website
is just wan look for something service , of information.
so will very trouble to waiting for the flash loading.
html site is fast and easy to understand for each type user.
for the layout design is also same like digi,
but need to scoll down for look more information.
so the color is also not more than 4 color
by using the logo color to design.
thats all is my research.
the layout simple and color simple and the speed is fast
this 3 izit is the main thing for cooperate site ?

Good thing is you try to conclude your findings. You pointed out few points, simple nagivation, colour and fast loading speed. To a certain level, the answer is yes but not 100% correct.
When you design a corporate / business website, the keywords are corporate identity, site objective and the target audience.
For Maxis, the corporate site is very serious as it is targeting on "serious audience": investors, shareholders, businessman, working adult etc. Not everyone like fancy design, but you should not make it into something boring too. The key point is how to make your site looks interesting to the target audience.
In the sametime, company website needs to go in-line with company identity. This is why Maxis also have a sub-site which is targeting on teen, Hotlink. This sub-site have a similar concept with Digi, fun, playful and colourful.
Another concern, is Flash a good choice when you have thousand of pages?
One more realistic concern, the client can / willing to pay or not...
